When delegating, his choices are about empowerment and efficiency for the individuals and the company. Jeff builds long-standing relationships with clients and believes their trust must be earned every day. His leadership is seen long before it is heard.

Ty works closely with business owners and project leaders. A believer in listening first and acting second, he understands the challenge facing a customer while wearing their shoes, which is imperative for building software that is cost effective and delivers on customer expectations. Overtime, his methods to integrate new and innovative ideas into an existing customer and culture have been proven by consistent technical success and the sustained relationships Ty maintains long after a project is completed.
A problem solver at heart, Joe’s ability to succeed in a project starts with a simple mindset: he is not afraid to learn new things. His patient mind allows him to move through technical challenges by taking a step back every now and then and thinking about the problem, and then considering a solution. Consistency in his work is what makes Joe bankable. His diligent approach to getting it right the first time is driven by one of reUrgency’s rules: A customer should pay only once for the best solution. Joe holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida.
Roy’s passion lies in discovering new and innovative ways to approach a customer’s unique business problems. He thrives when challenged with a problem previously thought unsolvable. When everything is on the line, Roy is at his best. His work ethic and commitment to excellence translate to what matters most: a client’s rate of return on their investment. As a community leader Roy shares his knowledge with others as the president of the Lakeland .Net User Group, and professional speaking engagements across Florida. Roy holds a MS in Information Systems, is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer.
Company and professional integrity are always at the forefront of John’s work. His success in areas like human spaceflight and high risk systems comes from a deeply rooted concern that a customer be valued beyond the terms of a contract. A lifelong learner, he is always looking to add skills that will serve reUrgency’s growing customer base. reUrgency also gives him a chance to merge his technical skills and business training. John holds a BS in Mathematics and an MBA from the University of Central Florida, and a MS in Computer Science from Boston College.
Lisa is the tenacious QA manager for all reUrgency projects. Her attention to detail and determination to deliver quality software to customers pushes the reUrgency staff to levels of accountability not often seen in software production. Lisa is also the lead architect for all user training media for the systems reUrgency develops. Insightful and patient, her ability to see the learning process through a user’s eyes avoids the stale and often boring experience inherent in training materials. She has studied both electrical engineering and computer technology and is well-diversified in the areas of administration and management.
As a senior developer, Rob has a talent for understanding a customer’s needs often before the customer does. Finding a solution is not good enough for Rob. Finding the right solution is always his goal. Studying business at Florida Atlantic University and his deep exposure to industries such as banking and real estate have pushed him to be a fast learner with a highly differentiated skill set that includes Flash, Flex, AIR, XML, PhP, and JavaScript. And sharing knowledge is a high priority for him. His teaching skills are well thought of inside and outside the reUrgency staff.
A lover of music, art, and technology, mediocrity never enters the conversation for Alex. At the College Conservatory of Music he studied electronic media and brings a sense of acute symmetry to web design. Alex is the eternal optimist and a visual perfectionist. His imagination leverages Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver to bring his ideas and visions to life for users. Always looking for new and inventive ways to be creative, Alex is also a professional musician. Music is a major facet in his passionate pursuits to always be learning and improving.
